Return & Refund Policy

Shankar Enterprises (“we,” “our,” “us”) values customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. No General Returns

Shankar Enterprises does not accept general returns once a product is delivered.
Customers are advised to verify product details before placing an order.

2. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

Replacement may be provided if:

The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Customer reports the issue within 2 days of receiving the item.
Product is unused, in original condition, with price tag, labels, and original packaging intact.

Replacement will not be provided if:

Product has been used
Price tag or labels removed
Damage occurred after delivery
Improper handling or installation

3. No Return or Refund on Replacement Items

Once a replacement product is issued, no return, refund, or further replacement will be provided for that item.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

a) Item Not Delivered

If the order is confirmed as not delivered by the courier partner after investigation, a refund will be initiated.

b) Order Cancelled Due to Our Issue

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to technical issues, system error, or stock unavailability from our side, and verification is completed, a refund may be processed.

5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided if:

Product has been successfully delivered
Customer received the correct product
Customer does not like the product
Damage is reported after the allowed reporting period
Delay in delivery

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

7. Verification Process

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification by Shankar Enterprises, including photo/video evidence where required.
