5. Inspection & Acceptance of Goods

Customers must carefully check the package before opening and before using the product:

Ensure that the received items match the order.
If there is any mismatch, shortage, or visible damage, contact us immediately before opening the package.

Once the package is opened or the product is used, it will be considered accepted.

6. Replacement Policy

Replacement is allowed only under the following conditions:

Customer reports damage or defect within 2 days of receiving the item.
Product must be unused, in original condition, with price tag, labels, and original packaging intact.

Replacement will not be guaranteed in the following cases:

Product has been used
Price tag or labels removed
Physical damage caused after delivery
Improper handling or installation
Malfunction caused by incorrect usage

Replacement approval is subject to inspection by Shankar Enterprises.

7. No Refund Policy

Unless specifically mentioned, Shankar Enterprises does not offer refunds. Approved cases will be handled through replacement only.

8. Warranty

If any product is covered under manufacturer warranty, warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. Shankar Enterprises does not provide independent warranty unless stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shankar Enterprises shall not be liable for:
